I help individuals and couples untangle the complex, often painful impact of addiction, anxiety, and major life adjustments. Many of the people I work with are carrying the weight of their own recovery or someone else’s substance use, or may be struggling to find peace within themselves. Together, we work to rebuild trust, both in their relationships and in their own inner world.

I use an integrated approach, utilizing tools and methods from various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindful Self-Compassion. The quality of the therapeutic relationship is the greatest predictor of change, so I am committed to ensuring I am the right fit if we work together. I also believe that you are the expert on your life, and I am here to shine a light and hold a mirror, guiding you along the path of healing.

My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in the present moment. I believe that healing starts with honesty, curiosity, and a willingness to look inward. I love working with clients who are ready to explore their patterns with compassion and who are open to creating more space, clarity, and calm in their lives.

This work is deeply personal to me. I come from a family impacted by substance use and mental health struggles, and I know how hard it can be to make sense of your own experience when you're used to putting others first. People often tell me I’m a calm presence and a thoughtful listener who helps them feel both safe and challenged.

Whether you're navigating a relationship that feels unsteady or learning how to show up more fully for yourself, I’m here to support you.
