You love someone whose life is being affected by addiction. You may be struggling with your own substance use, or perhaps anxiety has begun to quietly shape your days.

You’re exhausted. You’ve tried being calm, supportive, firm, and understanding. You’ve relied on logic, control, and sheer determination to hold everything together.

And still, you find yourself asking: “What else can I do?” Maybe you’re walking on eggshells. Maybe you’re carrying shame about your substance use, or your thoughts won’t slow down long enough for you to feel steady. You want relief. You want to feel grounded again, set boundaries without guilt, and trust yourself.
You want peace without losing what, or who, matters most to you.

If You Love Someone
with Addiction

You may feel responsible for holding everything together while moving between hope and heartbreak. You might question your boundaries, your reactions, or even your own sense of reality. You don’t have to navigate this alone. You deserve support that centers you, not only the chaos addiction can create.

If You’re Struggling
With Substance Use

‍Maybe you’ve found sobriety and want support staying grounded in recovery. Maybe relapse has brought shame rising back, or you’re still asking yourself. “Is this a problem?”
This is a judgment-free space. Recovery is more than just stopping; it’s also about rebuilding trust, choice, and connection with yourself.

If Anxiety is Running
the Show

Your thoughts may not slow down. You replay conversations, overanalyze what went wrong, and feel intensely aware of everyone else’s emotions, as though it’s your responsibility to fix them. Relaxing can feel impossible, even when nothing is visibly wrong.
Together, we’ll slow things down, create space for what you’re carrying, and help your nerves system exhalate.

Our Work Together

Our work is rooted in connection, clarity, and feeling grounded.

We’ll untangle the pressure you’ve been carrying, clarify your values, strengthen your boundaries, and rebuild self-trust. This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level coping skills. It’s about creating lasting shifts: more calm, more clarity, more self-respect, and relationships built on honesty rather than fear.

You don’t have to keep white-knuckling your way through this.

If you’re ready for compassionate, steady support grounded in sustainable recovery and emotional health, I look forward to hearing from you.

Individual Therapy

Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what is underneath the struggle, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns with compassion, build coping tools that fit your life, and make meaningful changes guided by your values. I specialize in anxiety, substance use and misuse, and relationship struggles.

Couples Therapy

Create a relationship that feels safer, more
respectful, and more connected. We will work on communication, trust, empathy, and the patterns
that can leave you feeling more like roommates
than partners. I also support couples navigating addiction recovery.

I use an integrated approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Mindful Self-Compassion. I bring these perspectives together thoughtfully, choosing the tools that best support the person or relationship in front of me.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of meaningful change, which is why I am committed to making sure we are the right fit if we work together. You are the expert on your own life. I am here to offer a steady perspective, shine a light on what may be difficult to see, and hold up a mirror as you move toward healing.

My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in the present moment. Together, we can slow down, look inward with curiosity and compassion, and better understand the patterns shaping your experience. From there, we can begin creating more space, clarity, and calm in your life and relationships.
